Amware Pallet Services leases 54,000 square feet in Chesterfield County

Amware Pallet Services LLC has renewed a lease of 54,000 square feet in Bermuda Warehouse in Chesterfield County.  Franklin Bell and Gregg Beck of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations.    

In another deal for Thalhimer, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield renewed an 18,923-square-foot lease in Park Central III in Henrico County.  Mac Wilson and Brian K. Berkey handled lease negotiations.   

The company also announced the sale of the former Richmond Athletic Club building at 4700 Thalbro St. in Henrico County. NDUTIME Youth & Family Services purchased the. 23,875-square-foot special-use property on two acres from Funworks Realty LLC for $1.3 million, so it can expand its facilities.

Connie Jordan Nielsen and Dawn M. Calabrese handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
