Arlington contractor names chief financial officer

Sean Daily joins Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions

Arlington-based aerospace and defense contractor Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions (CAES) announced Monday it has hired Sean Daily as its chief financial officer and a member of its board of directors.

Daily most recently served as vice president of finance and business operations for Denver-based Lockheed Martin Space, where he oversaw 730 employees and was responsible for financial management and administration. He also served in financial leadership roles with Lockheed Martin.

“His achievements and strong background in the aerospace and defense industry, finance and business operations will be extremely beneficial as we continue to grow and strengthen our performance to our customers,” CAES President and CEO Mike Kahn said in a statement.

Daily received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Virginia Tech and his master’s degree in business administration from George Washington University.

CAES provides analog and radiation hardened technology for the aerospace and defense industries.
