Big Lots renews lease in Richmond

Big Lots has renewed its lease for 26,537 square feet of retail space in the Midlothian Crossing Shopping Center at 8533 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond.

Big Lots, North America’s largest broadline closeout retailer, sells brand-name products including furniture, housewares, toys, electronics and home décor.

Sara Goodall, leasing associate of the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate Inc., handled the lease on behalf of the landlord, Midlothian Associates LP. 

Other tenants in the property include Goodwill, Family Dollar and Red Wing Shoes.
