Burlington Coat Factory to lease space in Colonial Heights

Burlington Coat Factory will occupy 50,705 square feet in Southgate Square in Colonial Heights.

According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which assisted in the transaction, the company will move into a new building at 116 Southpark Blvd, which used to be the site of a Kmart. That 104,228-square-foot building was demolished, and the site is being redeveloped

With Burlington occupying a major portion of the new area, the remaining space available for lease can accommodate 10,000 to 50,000 square feet.

Connie Jordan Nielsen and Allyson M. Petty of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord, Roslyn Farms Associates LLC, and are the exclusive leasing agents for Southgate Square.
