CBRE/Hampton Roads selected to lease two office buildings

Liberty Property Trust, a Pennsylvania-based real estate investment trust, has selected CBRE|Hampton Roads to lease two Class A office buildings totaling 154,934 square feet in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach.

Independence Tech Center I, at 700 Independence Parkway in Chesapeake, is a 96,260-square-foot office building with access to Interstates 64 and 264. It’s situated in a park setting with private lakefront jogging trails.

In Virginia Beach, Reflections I a three-story, Class A 58,675-square-foot office building located at 2809 South Lynnhaven Road. It’s part of a four-building Reflections Office Park that is accessible to Interstate 264.

“CBRE|Hampton Roads has had a local client relationship with Liberty Property Trust for over 15 years,” Pat Mugler, senior vice president, said in a statement.

Pat Mugler and Gresh Wall of CBRE|Hampton Roads are representing the landlord, Liberty Trust, on all leasing transactions.
