CBRE|Hampton Roads adds to its retail brokerage team

CBRE| Hampton Roads has added two new senior vice presidents, Kevin O’Keefe and Natalie Hucke, to its retail brokerage team.

O’Keefe has more than14 years of experience in retail brokerage in Hampton Roads. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Commercial Real Estate Council (CREC).

Hucke has been specializing in retail brokerage since 2001. Her retail-leasing portfolio totals more than 1 million square feet in Hampton Roads and includes shopping centers, Strawbridge Marketplace and Bennett’s Creek Crossing.

Hucke is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Association of Realtors.

O’Keefe and Hucke’s national and local clients have included Rally’s, UPS Stores, Bojangles, Edible Arrangements, and Suburban Asset Management.
