CBRE|Hampton Roads reports 488,000 square feet in leases in October.

The Hampton Roads office of CBRE reports lease transactions of more than 488,000 square feet for the month of October.
The deals ranged in size from less than 1,000 square feet for several retail operations to more than 30,000 square feet.

Some of the largest deals included:

S-L Distribution Co. Inc. leased 30,000 square feet at Bridgeway Commerce Center in Suffolk. Lang Williams handled the transaction.

Gordon Paper Co. leased 21,000 square feet at 5700 Ward Ave. in Virginia Beach. Worth Remick handled the transaction.

Life Cycle Engineering Inc. leased 17,982 square feet at Norfolk Commerce Park II in Norfolk. Matt Wilbricht, Pat Mugler and Perry Frazer handled the transaction.

In a sales deal for CBRE, Ned Brooks represented the Navy Federal Credit Union in its purchase of the Bank of Hampton Roads, a 6,367-square-foot building at 111 Gainsbourgh Square in Chesapeake.
