Central Virginia property goes for $5.6 million

A mixed-use property in downtown Crozet has sold.
Core Real Estate and Development bought for $5.6 million the property called Piedmont Place at 2025 Library Avenue in Crozet, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
Piedmont Place Realty Holdings LLC was the seller in the deal. The property was formerly used by Barnes Lumber and was redeveloped in 2016 by Piedmont Place Realty.
John Pritzlaff of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the seller in the sale.
