C&F Enterprises leases 56,316 square feet in Hampton

C&F Enterprises has leased 56,316 square feet of industrial space at 301 West Park Lane in Hampton. Clark Baldwin of Norfolk-based Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate handled the lease negotiations.

In other deals for Harvey Lindsay:

Taco Bell leased 51,401 square feet of land at 5845 Northampton Blvd. in Virginia Beach. Andy Stein handled the lease negotiations.

A.C. Moore renewed a 22,400-square-foot foot lease for retail space at 3750 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach. Bob King and Larry Hecht handled the lease negotiations.

Prestige Delivery Systems Inc. renewed a lease on 14,601 square feet of industrial space at 3510 County Street Norfolk. Chip Worley handled the lease negotiations.

Deal $ renewed a 13,910-square-foot lease for retail space at 12727 Jefferson Avenue Unit Newport News. Tammy Wallman handled the lease negotiations.
