Chesapeake industrial properties sold

Two industrial properties in Chesapeake have been acquired for $8.825 million.

Phoenix Investors of Milwaukee bought the investment properties at 2620 and 2626 Indian River Road from Indian River Road Associates LC and Four Dolphins Storage LC.

The property located at 2620 Indian River Road is 149,424 square feet on 5.78 acres and is 67 percent leased. The adjacent property at 2626 Indian River Road is 184,660 square feet on 5.5 acres and is 100 percent leased.
