Cindy Clare elected secretary of national apartment association

Cindy Clare, president of Kettler Management in McLean, has been elected this year’s secretary of the National Apartment Association (NAA). Clare has served on the NAA Board for five years, holding both appointed and elected positions, including regional vice president for Region 1 and conference committee chair for this year’s 2013 education conference.

Headquartered in Arlington, NAA is America’s leading advocate for rental housing. It is a federation of 170 state and local affiliates, comprised of nearly 60,000 multifamily housing companies that represent more than 6.6 million apartment units throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Kettler Management, a property-management company, has a portfolio of more than 20,000 apartment homes in 95 communities from Northern New Jersey to North Carolina, as well as more than 1.3 million square feet of office and retail space.
