Clear Wireless renews 81,600-square-foot lease in Herndon

Citybizlist in Washington, D.C., reports that Clear Wireless LLC has renewed a lease for 81,600 square feet on the first and second floors of Parkview Executive Center in Herndon. “We are pleased to continue our long-standing relationship with Clear Wireless,” Mark D. Lerner, a principal of Lerner Enterprises and the building’s owner, said in a statement. 

Parkview Executive Center is a four-story, 135,000 square foot office building located between Herndon Parkway and the Dulles Toll Road. It will be adjacent to the future Herndon-Monroe Silver Line Metro Station and is minutes from Tysons Corner and Washington Dulles International Airport.

Brian F. Tucker and John B. Dragelin of the Virginia office of Cushman & Wakefield represented Lerner in the transaction while Clear Wireless LLC was represented by Steve Ranck, Dee MacDonald-Miller and Jay Farmer of Jones Lang LaSalle.
