What has been your most memorable construction case?  Representing a local wastewater treatment authority against an engineering firm in the late 1990s related to the design for the authority’s wastewater plant and obtaining, at that time, the largest civil verdict in the history of Montgomery County. The case presented highly technical issues that were challenging to present to the jury, but that made the outcome thatmuch more satisfying. The designer on the other side of the case had literally “written the book” on this design process, and I had the fun of reading that book to prepare for cross-examination. I think it surprised him that an attorney would actually do that.
