What are your duties as corporate counsel for Harbor Group?
I am responsible for all legal matters at the corporate level, including transactions, employment and operational matters, contract matters and regulatory compliance with respect to various real estate and real estate-related investments. I manage a department of internal attorneys and paralegals and have a robust network of outside counsel for specific practice areas. I serve on the executive management committee of Harbor Group Management Co., our property operations affiliate.
