CSC names two new board members

Bruce Churchill, executive vice president and CFO of DIRECTV, and Sean O’Keefe, former chairman and CEO of Airbus Group Inc., were elected to the board at the company’s annual meeting this week.

Three board members, Judith Haberkorn, Chong Sup Park and Larry Zimmerman did not stand for re-election.

Churchill is also president of DIRECTV Latin America LLC. He also served as president and chief operating officer of STAR and senior vice president of finance for Fox Television.

Before joining Airbus, O’Keefe was vice president of the General Electric Co., chancellor of Louisiana State University and administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. He served government in a number of roles, including as deputy assistant to President George W. Bush, deputy director of the Office of Management and Budget, secretary of the Navy and comptroller and CFO of the Department of Defense.
