Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announce promotions for senior portfolio managers

Four people within Cushman & Wakefield |Thalhimer’s Commercial Property Services Group in Virginia have been promoted to senior portfolio managers. They are:

Ann Allen in the firm’s Fredericksburg office. Allen has more than 20 years of experience in leasing and property management. Before moving to Virginia and joining Thalhimer, she was the property manager of the Monterey Peninsula Airport District in California.

Joann Gaskins in the Richmond office. Gaskins has more than 18 years of experience, including office building management in Northern Virginia     

Brandon Lewis in the Richmond office. Brandon has been in Richmond for more than seven years where he has managed multiple property types.

Alan Mudd in the Richmond office. Mudd has more than 10 years of experience managing multiple products and is the past treasurer and current community service liaison for the Institute of Real Estate Management, Central Virginia Chapter.
