Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces lease transactions in Hampton Roads

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has reported a number of recent Hampton Roads lease transactions. The deals total more than 190,000 square feet of space.

The following transactions involved 10,000 square feet or more:

Panda Express has leased approximately 1 acre in Harbourview Marketcenter on College Drive in Suffolk with plans to open a new restaurant with drive-thru.  Connie Jordan Nielsen handled the lease negotiations.  

Habitat for Humanity Peninsula & Greater Williamsburg leased 20,636 square feet in Colony Square Shopping Center at 113 Colony Square in Williamsburg.  Sharon Ryals-Taylor handled the lease negotiations.

George R. Sharp Inc. renewed its lease of 19,500 square feet at 5 Lockwood Drive in Hampton.  Bobby Phillips handled the lease negotiations.  

The Alley leased 16,250 square feet in Newmarket South Shopping Center at 32 Newmarket Square in Newport News.  Sharon Ryals-Taylor handled the lease negotiations.  

Goodwill Industries of Central Virginia leased 15,477 square feet in The Shops at Godwin Marketplace at Godwin Boulevard and Corporate Lane in Suffolk  Chris Rouzie handled the lease negotiations.

Marva Maid Milk leased 15,000 square feet of refrigerated space at 3606 Acorn Ave. in Newport News.  Clay Culbreth handled the lease negotiations.  

USI Insurance Services Corp. leased 12,949 square feet in World Trade Center at 101 W. Main St. in Norfolk.  John P. Duffy Jr. handled the lease negotiations.  

Trane U.S. Inc. renewed its lease of 10,300 square feet at 803 Bluecrab Road in Newport News.  Bobby Phillips handled the lease negotiations.

Cox Commercial Fleet Services LLC renewed its lease of 10,000 square feet at 933 Business Park Drive in Chesapeake.  Tony Weiss and Patrick Mumey handled the lease negotiations. 

RimTyme renewed its lease of 10,000 square feet at 3233 W. Mercury Blvd. in Hampton.  Bobby Phillips handled the lease negotiations.

Severn Peanut Co Inc. leased 10,000 square feet at 33549 Carver Road in Franklin.  Robert M. Thornton handled the lease negotiations.
