Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces Richmond area leases

VCU Health Systems Authority has leased 33,020 square feet of space in the Jackson Center at 501 N. 2nd Street in Richmond.  Mark E. Douglas handled the lease negotiations.

ConnectCom LLC leased 23,790 square feet in Northlake Business Center at 11501 N. Lakeridge Parkway in Hanover County.  Jason Guillot and Matt Braun handled the lease negotiations.

Progressive Casualty Insurance Co. renewed a 20,049-square-foot lease in Westgate II at 200 Westgate Parkway in Henrico County.  Brian K. Berkey handled the lease negotiations.

Wealthcare Capital Management leased 12,172 square feet in the Edgeworth Building at 2100 E. Cary St. in Richmond. Jeff Cooke and Berkey handled the lease negotiations.
