Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer lands large office portfolio in Henrico County

Westdale Real Estate Investment & Management has selected Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer as exclusive leasing representative for a 386,000-square-foot portfolio of seven office buildings in Henrico County.

The Class A buildings are located in the Concourse at Wyndham, a suburban office park within the Innsbrook submarket. The buildings in the portfolio include: East Shore I (73,125 square feet), East Shore II (77,293 square feet ) and East Shore III (81,465 square feet.

According to Thalhimer, the three, 3-story office buildings were built between 1999 and 2000. Major tenants include Capital One, Compare.com, and Sheltering Arms Hospital. While currently fully occupied, East Shore I and East Shore II will be vacant and available for occupancy in January 2018.

West Shore I (18,765 square fee ), West Shore II (28,355 square feet), West Shore III (53,690 square feet) and Grove Park I (62,471 square feet) round out the Concourse at Wyndham assignment.  HHHunt originally constructed West Shore I and II in 1995 while Highwoods Properties Inc. developed West Shore III and Grove Park I in 1997.  Major tenants include Liberty Mutual Life Insurance Company, Allan Myers, and Dermatology Associates of Virginia.

The Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer leasing team will consist of Mark E. Douglas and Amy J. Broderick.
