Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer moves to Wells Fargo Tower in downtown Roanoke

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has relocated  its Roanoke office to Suite 1750 in the Wells Fargo Tower in downtown Roanoke. The commercial real estate firm moved into its new location at 10 S. Jefferson Street on Feb. 28.

John Nielsen, the firm's first vice president and managing broker in Roanoke, said in a statement that the relocation will allow the Roanoke office to grow as a regional player and meet the demands of an expanding client base. “Wells Fargo Tower places us in a best-in-class environment that will foster collaboration among our associates and allow us to execute our core values and objectives more productively.”

The central location in downtown Roanoke allows for easy access to hotels and restaurants.  Wells Fargo Tower is a 218,503-squar- foot office tower owned by Faison Roanoke Office Limited Partnership. Barry Ward represented Thalhimer in the lease of the office space.  The company moved from 301 1st St. SW.
