Divaris Real Estate Inc. adds four properties to leasing/management portfolio in Hampton Roads

Divaris Real Estate Inc. (DRE) has announced the addition of four properties to its leasing and management portfolio.  The total space includes 33,646 square feet of retail and office space and .33 acres of vacant land . 

The new properties are: 

* Chesapeake Square Medical Plaza, an 11,526-square-foot, single-story medical office building located at 4020 Raintree Road in Chesapeake.  The building is located across from Chesapeake Square Mall, a short distance from the intersection of Portsmouth Boulevard and Interstate 664.  Chris Bendit and Eric Hammond of DRE’s Virginia Beach office will handle the property’s sale and leasing. 

* Former Sears Automotive Service Center, an 11,200-square-foot, freestanding auto repair facility. It's located at 12263 Hornsby Lane in Newport News across from Patrick Henry Mall and the Marketplace at Tech Center.  Sandy Cohen, chief operating officer for Divaris,  and Hammond will be in charge of selling or leasing this property.

*Sherwin-Williams Center, a 10,920-square-foot retail center located at 3800 Holland Road in Virginia Beach.  Tenants of the shopping center include Sherwin-Williams, Liberty Tax and Liberty Pawn Shop.  Hammond will handle the leasing of the available space.

Hammond also will handle the sale of .33 acres of vacant land located at 436 Fox Hill Road in Hampton.  The land is owned by The Southland Corp. and is zoned for retail/commercial development.
