Divaris Real Estate Inc. to lease Haygood Shopping Center in Virginia Beach

North American Development Group has hired Divaris Real Estate Inc.  to lease Haygood Shopping Center at 1021 Independence Boulevard in Virginia Beach.
Haygood is a 177,892-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center in the Pembroke submarket that’s home to more than 30 retailers and restaurants.

Tenantsinclude:  Farm Fresh, Marshalls, Rite Aid, Dollar Tree, Payless Shoesource, Hair Cuttery, Tropical Smoothie, Radio Shack, and a UPS Store. Outparcels of the property include a Chick-Fil-A, Bank of America and Dairy Queen. George Fox of DRE’s Virginia Beach office will be in charge of leasing available retail space.
