Dollar Bank buys Virginia Beach property for $1.5 million

Dollar Bank has purchased a 2,603-square-foot building in Virginia Beach from BB&T for $1.5 million, according to S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co.

The property, located at 839 Lynnhaven Parkway, sits on more than half an acre. Sam Rapoport and Michael Gurley of S. L. Nusbaum represented the buyer.

The Norfolk-based real estate firm also announced that Gold Key/PHR Development LLC has leased 12,505 square feet of retail space at Loehmann’s Plaza in Virginia Beach. Gurley represented the landlord.

Binns of Williamsburg also leased 10,802 square feet of retail space at WindsorMeade Marketplace in Williamsburg. Richard Jacobson and Tyler Jacobson of S. L. Nusbaum represented the landlord.
