Halleh Seyson promoted from senior VP position at Cathexis

Falls Church-based management consulting firm Cathexis announced Friday it has promoted Halleh Seyson to executive vice president and chief executive officer.

Seyson joined the company in Oct. 2019 as senior vice president. She was previously the group vice president at Social & Scientific Systems where she led health policy, data analytics and technology business. Before that, she was vice president of health information technology at Falls Church-based General Dynamics Information Technology Inc., a subsidiary of General Dynamics Corp.

She received her bachelor’s degree in computer science and her master’s degree in information systems and engineering from George Mason University.

Cathexis was founded in 2006 and provides management consulting services including data analytics, enterprise performance improvement and training under government contracts.
