Fourth quarter strong for CBRE|Hampton Roads.

CBRE|Hampton Roads reports monthly leases totaling 1,078,201 square feet for the fourth quarter of 2013. 

The largest lease was for Rapid Deployable Systems Inc. It leased 23,760 square feet at 1390 Progress Road in Suffolk. Ashton Williamson represented the landlord in the transaction.

In other deals:

General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems renewed its lease for 14,284 square feet at Sabre Corporate Center in Virginia Beach.  Don Crigger handled the transaction.

New American Mortgage LLC leased 12,010 square feet at Marsh Landing in Virginia Beach. Pat Mugler and Gray Randolph handled the transaction.
