Hampton Roads retail property nets $1.95 million

A former sports retail store in Virginia Beach is under new ownership.

Mishorim Gold VAB LP has bought for $1.95 million the former Sports Authority store in the Lynnhaven North Shopping Center at 2720 North Mall Drive, according to a Divaris Real Estate Inc. announcement.

Mishorim has acquired other parts of the shopping center but not the Value City Furniture store, which is owner-occupied, according to the release.

The seller in the deal was Wells Fargo Bank, Trustee for MLMT 2004-KEY2, the release said. Divaris broker Levi Thomson represented the seller.
