HDR Engineering Inc. signs lease for office space at Virginia Beach Town Center

Divaris Real Estate Inc.  (DRE) announced that HDR Engineering Inc. has signed a lease for 18,486 square feet of office space at the Virginia Beach Town Center.

The building, located at 249 Central Park Ave., is managed by Virginia Beach-based DRE.

HDR Engineering offers engineering, architecture, environmental and construction services in 225 locations around the world.

The building also is home to Brooks Brothers, The Cheesecake Factory, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant and Keagan’s Irish Pub.

Vivian Turok, Krista Costa and Michael Divaris represented the landlord, Greenbrier Technology Center II Associates LLC in the lease negotiations.
