Industrial building in Chesterfield County sells for $1.3M

Property located near John Tyler Community College

An industrial building in Chesterfield County sold for $1.3 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced Wednesday.

The 20,000-square-foot property sits on 7 acres at 13600 Permilla Springs Drive, which is approximately 1.5 miles from John Tyler Community College. 

13600 Permilla Springs LLC purchased the property from 423 Third Street Associates LP for $1.3 million as an investment, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. The property was last assessed at slightly more than $1 million in January, according to Chesterfield County property records.

The one-story building was constructed in 1998 and has 18-foot ceilings, according to property records. 

Issac DeRegibus of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale on behalf of the seller.
