Industrial building in Chesterfield County sells for $2.05M

Property most recently assessed at $1.12 million in January

An industrial building in Midlothian (part of Chesterfield County) sold for $2.05 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced Monday.

Located at 12700 Oak Lake Court, the 20,000-square-foot building sits on 1.84 acres. Conn-One LLC purchased the building from SMW Warehouses LLC for storage use.

The property was most recently assessed at $1.12 million in January, according to Chesterfield County property records. The one-story building, which was constructed in 2004, has 20-foot ceilings, according to property records.
