JLL reports more than 279,000 square feet of transactions in Hampton Roads

JLL reports that it has completed several transactions in the Hampton Roads market totaling 279,617 square feet. The transactions include the following:

·       Continental Terminals Inc. leased 98,000 square feet at 1400 Cavalier Blvd. in Chesapeake.  JLL’s Gregg Christoffersen and Erin Corrie represented the landlord.

·       Ann Sacks Tile and Stone Inc. leased 62,000 square feet at 1400 Cavalier Blvd. in Chesapeake. Christoffersen and Corrie represented the landlord.

·       Advanced Technology extended its lease of 23,926 square feet at 1429 Miller Store Rd. in Virginia Beach.  Wesley Edwards of JLL represented the landlord.

·       Stone Terroir USA LLC leased 13,381 square feet at 1400 Cavalier Blvd. in Chesapeake, VA.  Christoffersen and Corrie of JLL represented the landlord.
