JLL reports transactions totaling more than 500,000 square feet in Richmond

JLL has completed several transactions in the Richmond market totaling 501,532 square feet. The largest deal was for Alfa Laval in Richmond, a company that specializes in heat transfer, separation and fluid handling technologies.

Tenant Representation
·       Alfa Laval Inc. leased 180,252 square feet at 5400 International Trade Drive in Richmond. Charlie Polk represented the tenant.
·       Kingdom Dominion leased 11,323 square feet at 310 Turner Road in Richmond. Adam Lawson and Danny Holly represented the tenant.

Landlord Representation
·       Syncreon USA leased 120,000 square feet at 7001 Technology Blvd., Building 100 in Sandston. Jimmy Appich, Scott Keeton and Polk represented the landlord.
·       Premier Fixtures leased 161,445 square feet at 7001 Technology Blvd., Building 300, Sandston. Appich, Keeton and Polk represented the landlord.
·       Gresham Smith leased 9,051 square feet at 10 S. 6th St. in Richmond. Jimmy Appich and Ned Roberts represented the landlord.
