Keith Summers joins Colliers Tysons Corner office as vice president

Colliers International announces that Keith Summers has joined the firm’s Tysons Corner office as vice president. Summers will specialize in tenant and landlord representation in the Northern Virginia suburban office market.

He is a former regional manager and assistant vice president of California-based PS Business Parks Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) encompassing more than 29 million square feet nationwide.

Before joining PS Business Parks, Summers worked as an associate broker and vice president at Grubb & Ellis Co. in Tysons Corner. His clients included Metlife, The Salvation Army, Qwest Communications and Vonage.

While at Grubb & Ellis, Summers also was instrumental in developing a life sciences specialty practice group, which represented the interests of biotech and life sciences organizations nationwide.

He currently serves on the Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s (NAIOP) Executive Committee, board of directors, and chairs the Education Program Committee.
