Liberty Property Trust reports four lease renewals in Richmond

Liberty Property Trust has executed four lease renewals during the second quarter in the Richmond market for a total of 77,325 square feet of space. 

The biggest deal was with FSA Network Inc., which renewed its lease at 4629 Carolina Ave. for 29,325 square feet. The company has been a Liberty tenant in Richmond Distribution Center since 2007.

Lewis-Goetz and Co. Inc. also renewed an 18,000-square-foot lease at Richmond Distribution Center. Chip Louthan of Colliers International represented Lewis-Goetz and Co. in the transaction.
                              
Baker Distributing Co. LLC renewed for 18,000 square feet at 4331 Carolina Ave. Matt Braun of Thalhimer represented the company in the transaction.
                              
JB Hunt renewed a 12,000-square-foot lease in Woodlands IV, located at 530 Eastpark Court in Sandston.

Liberty Property Trust owns and manages a 1.7 million-square-foot warehouse and office portfolio in Hampton Roads and a 3.5 million- square-foot warehouse portfolio in Richmond.
