Lockwood Brothers renews lease in Hampton

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports the following recent lease transactions in the Hampton
Roads area:

Lockwood Brothers Inc. renewed its lease of 19,200 square feet in Tidewater Warehouses at 814 Childs Ave. in Hampton.  Bobby Phillips handled the lease negotiations.

Willard Marine, Inc. renewed its lease of 12,800 sq.ft. in Oceana South Industrial Park at 1452 Taylor Farm Rd. in Virginia Beach. Janet Whitbeck handled the lease negotiations.

The Mike Bell Co. LLC renewed a 12,500-square-foot lease  in the Legum Building at 2301 Tidewater Drive in Norfolk.  Robert M. Thornton handled the negotiations.

Rory and Son renewed its lease of 12,000 square feet at 176 Mac St. in Virginia Beach.  Robert Thornton handled the lease negotiations.

Accu-Tech Corp. renewed a 10,000-square-foot lease at 901 Live Oak Drive in Chesapeake.  Patrick Mumey handled the lease negotiations.

Goodwill Industries Inc. renewed an 11,500-square-foot lease in Turnberry Crossing Shopping Center at 12638 Jefferson Ave. in Newport News.  Chris Rouzie and David Tunnicliffe handled the lease negotiations.
