Mu-Del Electronics products are used for intelligence collection, telemetry, radar signal processing and communication in airborne, ground-based and naval settings.
“The combined engineering and product offerings of our American based companies will allow us to expand our product offering to our current and future clients,” Jim Guinaw, Mu-Del Electronics executive vice president of sales, said in a statement.
