McDonald’s extends Virginia Beach lease

McDonald’s has extended its ground lease on 38,300 square feet of land located at 2400 Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach.

Chris Zarpas of S.L. Nusbaum represented the landlord.

Additional leases in Hampton Roads from S.L. Nusbaum include:
·         CitiTrends has exercised its option on 16,800 square feet of retail space at Suffolk Plaza Shopping Center in Suffolk. Chris Hucke represented the landlord.

·         Accurate Courier Express Inc. has leased 16,276 square feet of industrial space located at 3412 Inventors Road in Norfolk. Michael Myers handled the transaction.
