New brewery opening in Richmond’s Scott’s Addition

A new brew
ery is joining the craft beverage lineup in Richmond’s Scott’s Addition.
Väsen Brewing Co. is holdings its grand opening Saturday, July 29. The 17,000-square-foot facility is located at 3331 Moore St. The brewery is inside the renovated HandCraft building, a former glass factory built in 1946.
Väsen joins several breweries and cideries located in Scott’s Addition.
Väsen will offer a 20-tap system with Belgian-inspired ales and sour beers.
The grand opening will debut five varieties of Belgian-inspire beers. Goatocado and Rappahannock Oyster Co. will provide food, while New Madrid will perform.
