Norfolk industrial building sells for $2.5 million

A 415,000-square-foot industrial building in Norfolk has been sold for $2.5 million.

Homeco LLC has purchased the facility at 3321 E. Princess Anne Road from 3321 Realty Corp. S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.’s Stephanie Sanker and Ashley Bussey represented the seller.

That was one of several major transactions Norfolk-based S.L. Nusbaum completed in November. Others included:

• The Innate Co. LLC bought an 8,145-square-foot commercial building in Norfolk for $1.1 million. The property at 4522 Pleasant Ave. was purchased from Coastal Investments LLC. S.L Nusbaum’s Cheyney Cole, John M. Profilet and Pierce Jacobson represented the seller.
• Food Lion has extended its lease on 35,000 square feet of retail space at Great Neck Village Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. S.L Nusbaum’s Neal Sadler represented the landlord.
