NoVA office portfolio trades

Comstock Development Services LC and its affiliates have acquired JBG Smith’s Commerce Metro Center Portfolio in Reston, according to an announcement from Comstock Holding Companies Inc. The seller in the deal was JBG Smith, Comstock Holding said.

A sales price was not included in the announcement.

The portfolio includes three office buildings totaling 408,000 square feet and there are entitlements in place for an additional 1.1 million square feet of mixed-use development.

The portfolio is located near the Wiehle Reston-East Station on Metro’s Silver Line and is across the Dulles Toll Road.

The acquisition increases to 4.5 million square feet the Reston Station neighborhood that Comstock is developing.
