Office/medical building in Fredericksburg sells for $3.5 million

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has announced the sale of Lee’s Hill office/medical building in Fredericksburg.

The 15,000-square-foot building is situated on 1.13 acres at 10340 Spotsylvania Ave.

Hendifar Properties LLC purchased the property as an investment from Truong Enterprises LLC for $3.5 million.

Virgil Nelson and Adam Nelson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
