PAE continues to expand in Arlington

PAE, a defense contractor that consolidated its D.C.-area work force into a centralized, headquarters location in Arlington last year, continues to expand at the site.

The company has agreed to another 11,138 square feet of space in a lease negotiated by Cresa Washington D.C.  The expansion, at 1320 N. Courthouse Rd. in Arlington County’s Court House neighborhood, adds to the 71,122-square-foot headquarters, with PAE taking the remainder of the space on the building’s seventh floor. It already occupies all of the space on the eighth floor.

Cresa Washington D.C. Managing Principal Tom Birnbach and Senior Vice President Dennis Tapiero represented PAE and also negotiated for the company when it moved to the building in 2012.

Cresa Washington DC’s Project Management Services is providing project-management services for PAE’s expansion.
