PIASCIK expands into Beverly Hills

PIASCIK, a Richmond-based CPA firm that works with professional athletes, exporters and wealthy individuals, is expanding into one of America’s wealthiest zip codes: 90212. The firm opened an office this month at 9665 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills. 

Earlier this year, PIASCIK established a subsidiary, PIASCIK Business Management LLC, in response to high net-worth client needs for tax-efficient financial strategies and management of their personal, family and business income. According to the firm, the subsidiary targets professional athletes, widowers and divorcees, who often overnight enter into anticipated wealth, with little experience in management.

It will operate from PIASCIK’s Beverly Hills office and its Richmond headquarters.“For years, we’ve made a routine practice of face-to-face meetings with many of our athlete clients, and a growing number are based on the West Coast,” Steven M. Piascik, founder and president of PIASCIK, said in a statement. “It makes sense for us to open an office in Beverly Hills, giving our clients better access to our firm’s services and tax counsel.”

In partnering with Los Angeles-based attorneys, bankers and wealth managers, PIASCIK said it will bring its business model and solutions to West Coast clients, at the same rates offered at its Virginia headquarters.
