Amit Sevak to lead Revature LLC

Reston-based Revature LLC announced Thursday that Amit Sevak has been tapped as president of the entry-level tech recruiting company.

Sevak was most recently a senior adviser to the company. In his new role, he will work to expand Revature’s network of U.S.-based university partners. He will also serve on the executive committee, working on product and service development, diversity and inclusion and market expansion.

Three years ago, Sevak founded advisory services firm Mindset Global after serving leadership roles at the University of Europe in Madrid, INTI University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and UNITEC University in Mexico City. He will continue to serve as chairman of Mindset Global while working as president of Revature.

Revature works with Fortune 500 companies on tech talent placements. In 2019, New York City-based investment firm Investcorp Holdings acquired a controlling stake in Revature. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, but Investcorp in 2019 had $31.1 billion in assets under management.
