Rock Creek Property Group finishes multimillion redevelopment of D.C. building
Rock Creek Property Group has completed a major redevelopment of 1100 16th Street, NW, a 28,366-square-foot building in the heart of Washington, D.C.’s Central Business District.
Over the past eight months, Rock Creek transformed the former two-building private school into an office headquarters building designed to serve a single owner or tenant. The building is located three blocks from the White House and is near multiple Metro Lines. Other amenities include garage parking and a 1,700-square-foot rooftop deck with views of the Washington Monument.
Rock Creek said in a press release that its multimillion dollar renovation left many of the property’s original elements intact, including exposed beams, joists and other historical features dating back 100 years.
