 Temperpack Technologies Inc., WHAT AND WHERE?  has leased 133,487 sq.ft. in the Richmond Distribution Center at 4447 Carolina Ave. in  Henrico County. Dawn M. Calabrese of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer  handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
