Thalhimer selected for leasing and management of Hampton R&D facility

130 Research Drive Holdings LLC has selected Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer for the leasing and property management of its research and development facility at 130 Research Drive in Hampton. The 50,581-square-foot office building is located within the Research & Development Park.

Teresa Nettles is the exclusive leasing representative, and the portfolio manager is Juli Corbett of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Newport News office.
