Three tenants renew at Twin Towers in Rosslyn

Monday Properties has completed the renewal of three long-term leases totaling more than 80,000 square feet at its Twin Towers trophy office buildings on Wilson Boulevard in Rosslyn. 

Aerospace Industries Association, a trade group that represents aerospace and defense companies, renewed its 19,102-square-foot lease at 1000 Wilson Blvd.
At 1100 Wilson Blvd., SRI International, a large nonprofit, independent research and innovation center serving government and industry, renewed 59,361 square feet of office space.  Also at 1100 Wilson Blvd., Creative Computing Solutions (CCSi), a fully integrated program/project management and IT solutions company dedicated exclusively to the federal government, renewed a 4,176 square foot lease.

Tim Helmig, president and chief operating officer of Monday Properties, the buildings’ owner, said, “… As our tenant companies grow, our Rosslyn property portfolio can accommodate their expansion needs well into the future. “

Monday Properties’ Twin Towers consist of 1000 Wilson and 1100 Wilson Boulevard, with over a million square feet of office space.
