Trane U.S. Inc. opens its first distribution center in Lynchburg area

Trane U.S. Inc. has leased 16,000 square feet of industrial space at 115 Bradley Drive in Lynchburg. The company, a leader in air conditioning systems, services and solutions, will use the space to open its first distribution center in the Lynchburg area. According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, it plans to distribute HVAC equipment and parts on a wholesale basis to mechanical contractors as well as provide training.

Norman Moon and George Lupton of Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.

In another deal for Thalhimer in Salem, ITT Educational Services Inc. renewed an 18,672-square-foot lease in the Lee Hi Business Center at 2105-2131 Apperson Drive. Jake Copty and John K. Nielsen handled negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
