Unclaimed Freight Co. leases 21,438 square feet in Portsmouth

Unclaimed Freight Company has leased 21,438 square feet of retail space at Victory West Shopping Center in Portsmouth. Mike Zarpas, a broker for S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co., represented the landlord. 

In other transactions for S. L. Nusbaum:

Jimmy Sanders Inc. leased 17,810 square feet of industrial space at 24551 Agri Park Drive in Courtland. Stephanie Sanker represented the tenant.

Accurate Courier Express Inc. leased 16,000 square feet of office/warehouse space at 1424 Baker Road in Virginia Beach. Michael Myers represented the tenant. 

Nusbaum also reported several sale transactions. The largest deal was for Oxford Properties LLC in Northern Virginia. It purchased 14.3 acres of land at Manassas Drive and Digital Drive in Manassas Park from Digital Park LLC for $7.5 million. Bill Overman and John Wessling represented the buyer.

Gee’s Group LLC purchased a 51,250-square-foot office building on 3.6 acres of land at 600 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach for $4.2 million.  J.C. Wynkoop represented the buyer.

Sisters II purchased a 20,175-square-foot shopping center on 13 acres at 3235 Bridge Road in Suffolk for $3.3 million. Overman and Wessling represented the seller while Christopher Zarpas represented the buyer.
