USPS renews Rosslyn lease

The United States Postal Service has renewed its lease at International Place at 1735 N. Lynn St. in Rosslyn. USPS is leasing about 115,747 square feet in the 12-story building.

The Meridian Group owns the office building and announced the renewal by the USPS last week. Based in Bethesda, Md., The Meridian Group was formed in 1993.

USPS has been at International Place for more than 20 years and is the building’s largest tenant. USPS uses the space as the home of its Office of the Inspector General.

Dave Millard, Peter Berk, Nick Gregorios and Carline Guidera at Avison Young represented The Meridian Group in the lease. Anna Gardiner at JLL represented USPS.
